wooohooo~ all my test finally are put at a nod...even though accy 231 test was like shit..=( dun wish to bother anymore...i just dun wanna see my result so soon~~
still hav 1 more day to go before my for long mid sem break arrived! mood was kinda depressed on friday...so i decided to go to Starbuck to get a mocha n a muffin for my lunch, as a way to brighten up myself =)

well, it turned out that my mood getting lived up abit...;) wyne get home quite early, v two are so hapi in hols mood... v decided not to do anythg academic for the night, so v decided to watch HK drama series : . Out of blue, i made a cottage pie out of mince n maggi sauce i bought in new world afternoon..

it was a success! surprisingly, 1st time made it, it was a success=) get wyne to taste it as well, she liked it.. v accompany that with our chips, perfect match to watch a movie=)
I guess evy1 is in their happy mode... Malia test was all over too n she decided to make a chocolate cake topped with peanuts... At 1st, she thought she could not make it coz she haven been baking since long... at the end, it turned out to be good!=) surprise to me was she didnt use any egg beaten machine to beat the egg + butter + flour together! as far as i know delicious cake can only been made when using this egg beaten machine, but wat she did was purely traditional way..i get to stole the recipe from her soon...=)

On saturday, woke up kinda late..at 1st planning to go to the wmso mixed netball... in mind thinking it was held at the recreation centre, dint noe the salamanca court was the kelburn court...in between, met wyne heading bck home, she said it was boring n hot...so i decided to follow her back home too...
At the afternoon, i decided to do ondeh-ondeh...qi su taught me once las yr but wanna tried to make it more perfect!
so here it started. boiled the pandan leaves. let it cool down before the liquid can used to make the dough. add in sugar n some green colouring to do the dough. dough ready. add in tiny bits of pams sugar. rolled it into small round balls. boiled water n boil those tiny round balls. after boiled,get it up, rolled those on the grated coconuts. here it comes the ondeh-ondeh!

but somehow still bit flaws...still wanna get improve so that nex time there will be perfect sweet in terms of taste n texture!
Day time shooting at mt vic.. nice view especially the clear blue sky n the white clouds!we went up again after dinner at HK BBQ, about 9pm... and the night view is fabulous!
